Payment
Small fixes start from £10. You will only be asked to pay when you confirm that you are satisfied with the proposed solution.
File uploads
If you upload a file, it is used solely to diagnose and fix the issue. Uploaded files are retained only as long as necessary to complete the work, unless you agree otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and any files needed to resolve the issue. Please ensure you have backups before sharing spreadsheets or documents.
